How much does it cost to get my NM CCL?

The cost will largely depend on the course that you are taking, as this makes up the greatest percentage of the overall cost. The costs associated with obtaining a New Mexico Concealed Carry License are:

  1. NM DPS Approved Concealed Carry Course: Cost ranges from $150 – $250 depending on the instructor
  2. Cogent ID Electronic Fingerprints: $44

How do I go get a New Mexico Concealed Carry License?
Those New Mexico residents who wish to apply for and receive a NM CCL must complete a firearms training course that has been approved by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, submit to and pass a background check, and submit an application for a NM CCL (with the application fee).
